REFERRAL AGREEMENT

To Whom It May Concern:                             

I agree to pay  Denise H. Underwood, 25% of my office’s commission (listing or selling side) where the contract price is less than One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), 30% of my office's commission (listing or selling side) where the contract price is less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and greater than or equal to $150,000 and 35% of my office's commission where the contract price is equal to or greater than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) on any referrals given by Denise H. Underwood (Broker) or William C. Underwood. I agree to send a Settlement Statement with each check within 5 days of each closing.
